Can I exempt math1011 if I took AASL IB in secondary school

I’ll be attending Beng(comp sci) in 25 fall and I wanna choose math1013 and math 2014 in both sems. However, from the official website it says the prerequisite of taking 1013 is to pass 1011 or take dse m2/m1. Can anyone help? Also Ive gotten a 7 in math AASL so can I write an email to the faculty and explain?
