[TOMT][2010s][Movie] Scandinavian movie where lady moves back to childhood home and meets a girl that turns out to be visions of her younger self

I'm looking for a Norwegian Swedish live action movie about a woman who moves to this old house at this snowy place. This old house has a basement that's either locked or she doesn't wanna go down to. She starts seeing this little girl who follows her and talks to her. It turns out this was a place she used to live at when she was younger and that girl was actually her as a kid. The visions she was seeing represented her trauma. She was trying to hide those memories from herself. At the end of the film she ends up in this and some guy she gets to know nearby this house carries her up.

This film is mostly a drama, not really a horror movie I think. The lady was blonde I think, more in her middle 30s 40s. The film is more likely to be Norwegian but I'm unsure.
