What do yall like to smoke?

Hey everyone! I've had my smoker for a little while now and I've done ribs and pork butt. All have come out delicious (thanks to folks in here). Anyways, I went to a local butcher yesterday to get a brisket to try my hand at smoking one and they were all out. My question to you is, what else could I have gotten to smoke? Im running out of ideas 😂 Thanks guys
