Men don't actually care about another man's body count. If anything, it's extremely cringe when a guy I just met brags about all the women he's slept with. Like bro, are you 13?Who the fuck are you trying to impress?

All it really shows is either a) something about you makes people not want to stick around; b) you're incapable of riding through tough times with someone.

What gets you respect is when you're an adult with responsibilities, who can ride through thick and thin, and lifts other people up.
