Screen and Battery replacement at Beyond the Box, ang MAHAL pala 😭💔

Hello po, I badly need your insight and help po.

I bought a 2nd hand iPhone 13pm sa R*M Gadget Store, 'yung branch nila sa may Farmers Cubao. After ko magamit for 2 months wala namang problem bukod sa nagbabawas ang batt percentage kahit hindi gamitin or naka-power off. I decided to update the phone after 2 months, which is stated kasi sa receipt na hindi pweding i-update ang phone within that 2 months store warranty.

So ayun na nga po, after ko mag-update, sunod-sunod na ang nightmare hays. Una, nag-flicker 'yung screen while I'm using messenger then boom, white screen of death. I tried everything na napanuod ko sa yt pero wala, I even tried to contact apple support pero wala din ako napala, pinasa lang ako sa service center nila and ang sabi makakagastos ako ng 20k plus sa pagpapagawa. 😭 So I decided to go sa 3rd party technician, nagbayad lang ako ng 2k then nag-ok na, wala pa isang buwan nakalipas, while I'm using the camera it suddenly shuts down. Ayaw na talaga mag-open ng phone 😥, hindi ko na dinala sa 3rd party and proceeded at BTB na lang. I paid 1,300 for the diagnostic fee, then today they emailed me for approval regarding sa battery and screen replacement.

Sabi sa akin sa email ay hindi ko na daw magagamit 'yung phone if hindi ko ipapagawa or papapalitan ng screen and battery, the total amount is 32,000+, sobrang sakit lang, hindi ko pa bayad itong phone kasi I used the cc of my cousin. 😭 I still have 18,000 pesos remaining. 🥺

Sobrang nakaka-frustrate and okay lang if makakabasa ako ng mga negative comments.

Now, I would like to get your insights po.

1. Sa 3rd party technician ko na lang po ba ipagawa yung screen and replacement ng battery para makamura ako? If yes, may recommended technician po ba kayo na subok na?

2. Kung maipagawa ko po ang phone, magkano ko po kaya mabebenta? I'm planning to buy brand new phone na lang po kasi para sa peace of mind. 😭

3. Possible po ba na hindi nila napagana 'yung phone ko? Kasi upon checking, nakita ko po na naka-charge 'yung phone ko sa Find My, any thoughts po?

4. Pwedi ko po bang balikan 'yung store? Kasi 34,000 ko po nabii 'yung phone and it turns out na faulty item na po pala 'yung bini-benta nila. What to do po? 😭

Please help this desperate girly po. I baldy need everyone's opinion and help po. Okay lang din po if ma-reprimand ako, dasurb ko. 😭
