Early beta access on august 7th - 8th

Hello, in the midst if all the chaos confusion and hype, i need some answers about the beta.

I received an email for early open beta on the 7th - 8th august because i signed up for labs, but didnt get to play them because i signed up too late, so they probably sent me an email for the open beta. Now i went through some troubles about connecting all the accounts together so that i can actually see the game today at 15:00 UTC.

My question is: Will I ONLY see the beta access in my selected platform (steam for me) exactly at 15:00 UTC and be able to download it, or it will show up even earlier, but without the option to download it. Because for other people (the code way) they received the game in the EA app. I wonder if the same is for my situation, if not, then its sort of over for me because i fucked up with the accounts and my chance of joining the beta is in the wind.
