How do I get anything done?!

I need advice on how to juggle everything! I already have a toddler who needs attending too but my newborn won’t stop cluster feeding! How do I do anything with a baby attached to my boob every second. Any time I put her down she cries, it feels so unfair to my firstborn. This feels like an impossible task. I didn’t breastfeed with my first so it’s a new experience for me, I know it’s normal behaviour for them to feed so much when they are first born but how do I feed, entertain and care for my toddler. Help.
