MF(46&46) 4 F, Sydney | looking for Sydney CBD bar reccos for finding a unicorn

Hi all, Looking for bar recommendations that aren’t our secret spot for potentially finding a unicorn on a night out. My wife and I have a dirty birthday weekend planned in Sept in the CBD. After a couple of drinks, and if the mood takes her she likes to pick up a lady and bring them back to our hotel. It’s been a minute since we were out in the CBD for such a night, we were last in Vegas where it was most bars. Drop any reccos below. Not looking to organise something in advance at this stage, isn’t really her thing (she prefers the spontaneity).
