Can someone explain how huels/opels/dels work?

Singleite in cs (goa) going into 2-1 and very confused about everything.

Is there any pdf/site which tells us how many credits/minimum number to fulfill? Confused about how swapping works too.

So if anyone could share whatever they know 🙏 And reccomend any good huels/and how many to take per sem
