Travelling with allergies

Hi! We will be in the Canmore/Banff area soon and are travelling with someone with an egg and sesame allergy. Are there any local restaurants or shops that are really good with handling allergies? We’ve had some really bad experiences lately and are hoping for smooth sailing this trip. We are open to both traditional and plant based places. Thanks!
