New Quest regarding Benett

I somehow didn't understand a couple of things regarding the the new summer quest and Bennett's Lore, maybe someone can help.

so his parents are attacked by the abyss while he was a baby and with the last breaths they spoke a prayer that in exchange of their own removal from the ley lines (night kingdom), their son will be spared, thus they became asha. But

• who answered their prayer? Wasn't mavuika in suspended animation when Benett was a baby? Didn't she only recently reawaken to fulfill her plan that started 500 years ago? If it wasnt the pyro archon, who was it?
• even though Benett was spared, who sent him to Mondstadt?
• who was the entity that spoke to Benett, telling him that he was the boy that cheated death?
