First Time 4k Build

Build Help

I'm about to make this rather large purchase and just want to make sure I'm getting the best parts for my budget. This is what I have atm, is there anything else you would change? Any tips and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm planning on playing 4k and have my eyes on the LG C4 42", or the new LG 39" 5k2k that's apparently coming out Q4 this year.

I don't play competitive FPS but I like to have a little fun. I also just got PSVR2 for PC and will definitely be doing some PCVR.
