maximising the bioavailability and absorption of buprenorphine transdermal patches for recreational use

i have a measly 2 5mg bupe patches that release dose in 5mcg / hour obviously this is well below the rec dosage so i was wondering how to maximise dosage. ive read a few dof sources saying to cut up the drug release matrix ( transperent part in the middle) and chew it up amd leave it there sublimgually. but how long would i need to hold those there so as not to waste dose etc? any other easy methods i can try out TONIGHT. thanks
