Windows 11 unexpected restart

I have a HP laptop AMD Ryzen 5 processor 8GB RAM, Past few days when I’ve been using g my laptop it randomly shows blue screen unexpected restart. The frequency this happens has increased to the point where I can only sign in to my laptop open 1 app then it happens

It says “your device ran into a problem and needs to restart, we’re just collecting some error info and then we’ll restart for you, Stop code: UNEXPECTED KERNAL MODE TRAP”

How can I fix this or do I need to take it to a repair shop, my HP warranty expired in 2022
