For adults raised by a single mother, how did it affect you?

I have a toddler and I am transitioning to becoming a single mom. My husband is a manipulator and a narc. I don't want him to be the father figure of my son. Yung ugali niya lumabas na lang lately.

So how was it? Anong naging epekto sa inyo? And how should I prepare?
