ANU cybernetics - what research do they do there?

Prospective student with a hopefully quick question about ANU cybernetics--what sort of cybernetic research do they do in that school? I checked out what they've published and it doesn't look very cybernetic, when you compare to cybernetic courses taught in engineering schools elsewhere (i.e., I can't imagine any of their research being assigned) I know cybernetics is interdisciplinary, but the pubs don't seem to engage with cybernetic concepts or principles, even when they evoke "systems thinking" and what not. What's going on? Is it a serious thing?
