Why only Dobruja?!!!

Ok, guys, let's clarify this once and for all! Is Romania part of the Balkans or not?!!! I'm from northern Romania (Suceava) and I've always considered myself a proud Balkanist. Are you only granting Dobrogea the status of a Balkan member?
