Should I talk to a friend and tell all my confession?

Hi everyone, I'm very sorry if my post makes you feel negatively. I'm in 12th grade now and I want to study Psychology after I graduate. But my family wants me to become a teacher, and they talk about this problem with me every day. Recently, I've felt very stressed because of my IELTS exam. I've tried to explain my dream to my family, but they don't listen to me. Now I feel very sad and stressed, and I can't stop crying. I know my family wants what's best for my life, but I feel they don't want to respect my choice. They always say that I should tell them my opinion, but they don't actually listen to anything.
