IEMs for small ear canal

Hi,

I'm looking for iems that are good for small ears. I'm really new in this world. I bougth a kiwi cadenza and I tougth it'll be good bc they include 3 tips variant maybe one will fit... and no, after around 20min my left ear cant bear it anymore. So I searched and found out the nozzle size is important too and the cadenza have really big nozzle compared to what other says is comfortable. I found this list that listed the nozzle sizes, credit to u/blorg but its been 3 years old. Is there any new options around the same prize range to cadenza?
