Launched 👉 Agentic AI for building AI Agents

A few years ago, we were deep in the trenches of chatbot building — buttons, flows, scripts.

It worked… until it didn’t.

Customers wanted more.
Support teams needed real automation.
And chatbots just couldn’t keep up.

So we built something new:
→ A platform to create AI agents — ones that can actually talk, think, and act.

We ditched the old approach and focused on three things:

1. Portability Agents shouldn’t be tied to one channel. Now, the same agent runs on your website, Messenger, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.
2. Tooling Integration The agent connects to CRMs, Notion, Sheets, email, APIs — whatever you need.
3. Brains, not buttons It reasons, handles follow-ups, logs info, routes conversations. No more 300-node flow builders.

This week, we launched the new version of Botsify:
It’s what we wish existed years ago when chatbot builders hit their limits.
