2022 Tacoma 2.7L 2WD Automatic - Will towing/launching/retrieving a pontoon boat be OK?

My truck has a 3500lb towing capacity and a 350lb tongue weight. The pontoons I am looking at have total package weight (wet weight including trailer) anywhere between 3000 and 3500 pounds.

I am sure the truck would handle hauling for short trips if I take it easy (I live 5 minutes from the lake). What I'm mainly worried about is launching and retrieving the boat with a light 2WD truck with a 2.7 engine. I've never used boat ramps so I'm not sure what to expect.

If I did go this route, would it help to get different tires? Almost due for new tires.
