Will blizzard let Turtle wow make wow in UG5?

Personally, I would love to see wow in unreal engine 5 with the new graphics but I am worried that blizzard will end the project and permanently bans it and all the effort that I will put into the game will be gone. Do u guys think that blizzard will let a project like that happen, tell me your thoughts.
