About Makoto pulls

So there is some post in here talking about queens global buff and saying that she has gone from broken to must have, but I was planning to saving for futaba as I like her and apparently she is also broken. I just want some more opinions on this, I know queen is a god and is one of the only nuke dps in the game even for tw server, but navi apparently has a weakness creation skill that could turn every elemental team viable any time so its not like i need to just ignore it until she apears again and priorize queen.
