How to get a parking permit after website update?

They just updated the parking portal a few days ago and I honestly prefer the old one. I know parking permits don't release until mid to late august, but I'm not sure to how to navigate around the new parking portal. I know that there's a "Find Parking" tab, but every time I search something on it, it says 0 results. Meanwhile in the old portal, at least it would show you the available permits that are being offered for the semester (even if they are closed); if you pick one that's closed, then it would tell you. This new website doesn't tell you anything!
