Having trouble with talks about living with my girlfriend

Background:

My girlfriend (22F) and I (22M) have been together for 3 years, we met in college. I graduated May 24' and she graduated May 25'. I was lucky enough to be able to continue staying with my parents after graduation where I went straight into a job in my field of study and kept my part time from college. I saved enough to pay off my debt and put together an emergency fund before moving out and have been living on my own for 9 months now renting a house. This is the first time I've been living on my own. My girlfriend also went to live with her parents after graduation and is currently looking for work and helping out by taking care of her grandmother the majority of her time. We live 3 hours away now and usually see each other every week or every other week for 3-4 days at a time.

The talks: Our initial talks about living together before she graduated were mutual in that we both thought it would be best to stay as independent as possible, and that we didn't want to move in together yet. Figure out our own careers, living arrangements, etc. while keeping in mind that we did eventually want to move in together. Our thoughts were that we would need room to grow, change, and figure ourselves out as this time in our lives is going to be full of things that we wanted to take at our own pace

Recently her thoughts towards it have changed and she wants to move in together ASAP. I initially responded that the easiest way to do this would be when I renew my lease in November so the process of adding her to it would be easier. She accepted that answer and was excited about it but admittedly it was just something I said to not upset her in the moment. I brought it up again and asked her if we could keep it a soft date that we can discuss again when it's closer instead of a hard move in date. She seemed disappointed but said it was fine to discuss it again later.

Self Reflections: Ultimately it's a pretty easy question, do I want her to move in with me or not? But it's frustrating that it's been so hard to answer. I value the freedom and independence that I get from living on my own but I want to be able to see her more often. We haven't discussed marriage or any other next steps for our relationship beyond this either.

She was able to gain experience in college living on her own for two years as well as living with roommates for two years while in college. I've always lived with my parents other than the past 9 months. I feel like I want to gain more experience living on my own before letting her move in but it feels unfair to her because I know she's uncomfortable in her current situation and would be more comfortable living with me (she's has a good relationship with her parents, she just feels used as an errand runner while she's there). It's been a big adjustment learning to navigate full time work with general house upkeep and all the other troubles that being an adult brings on my own. So I feel more time would be good to let me feel more comfortable, even though I know she's already comfortable in shared spaces/ being away from parents.

Hoping that others with more experience can share their insight in living with partners vs focusing more on growing independently.
