[Profile Review] MS ECE/EECS

I dont plan to directly go for grad school. I want to get some (~2 yrs) work ex before applying but wanted to get a profile review anyway.

These are my qualifications-

Undergraduate- Btech EE from an old IIT
CGPA- 9.33
Research experience- 8 months by the time I graduate.
Work ex- 2 month hardware intern at a top systems company. Hopefully will get a PPO.

I'm in my final year of college and am working on research projects in computer architecture (my field of interest). I will try to publish during these projects.

What unis should I aim for? I was thinking UIUC, UT Austin, UMich etc. Are these too ambitious for me?
