German Cockroach Apartment Infestation- what legal recourse do I have?

Landlord Tenant Housing

Location: Georgia, USA

I just moved into a new apartment less than a month ago and the place is fairly modern (built in 2021, new amenities, etc). However, when I finally got all my things in, I noticed that German cockroaches would crawl out more and more. 7 or 8 every day at least, and this number only got worse. They somehow get into my fridge, into my dishwasher, and even the faucet of my sink. It is not in my lease that pest control is covered by the landlord, therefore responsibility is on the tenant, but I have had 3 pest control companies treat the place and there has been no success in getting rid of them. What legal recourse do I have to fix this issue? I am shelling out hundreds and I can’t keep up.

TLDR: new apartment does not have pest control covered by landlord, but faces a massive roach infestation that is ruining my food and things.
