Looking to upgrade a three-year-old i7-9700K/RTX2070 setup - thoughts on this build?

Build Help

I'm trying with all my might to keep the build to around $1000. This is the best I've been able to come up with so far, using Microcenter's bundles and builder, but I'm all ears if there's a better way:

Ryzen 7 7800X3D: $315

ASUS - B650E-E TUF GAMING WIFI AMD AM5 ATX Motherboard: $152

G.Skill - Flare X5 Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000 PC5-48000 CL36 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit: $83

NZXT H7 Flow (2024) Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower: $30

Samsung - 990 EVO Plus 2TB: $120

MSI - MAG A750GL PCIE5 Modular PSU: $100

ASRock or PowerColor RX 9060 XT 16GB: $370

I'm at $1170 with this setup, plus still need a CPU cooler (taking advice on those).

The alternative is getting a Skytech Blaze, Azure or Aqua for just under $1300 before tax.

Appreciate any thoughts you might have!
