Does anyone know how to unban from bf4 multiplayer?

Over a year ago I was unfairly banned from bf4 multiplayer by the bf4db admins, I tried to appeal as required but at the time of appeal they were blaming me for accounts, they literally told me I had 3 more accounts, the funny thing about this is that an admin says "just created one" how am I supposed to create another account when I am in the appeal process and to top it off I don't have the money to be creating different accounts to play the same game, I have always been a 100% legit player, I have never used cheats nor do I have multi-accounts, after that they closed my case and they excluded my permissions on the server without being able to do anything else, I don't understand how third parties have so much power in other people's accounts, if someone knows how to remove this please help me, bf4 was my first bf and I personally like it a lot but you can't deal with these people...
