Removal of furniture in room

Hi there,

travelling with my 2 year old on Zandaam in Sept.

Can the cruise ship remove furniture from our room to accommodate more space for our pack and play? Has anyone had any experience with this? Either a twin bed or the couch etc.

Thanks.
