Psych UK Still awaiting 12 month review

I was discharged to share care and it was accepted by my GP around June last year. One of the documents from Psych UK said they would follow up in a year for a review and contact me when I am up for my review. It's been a bit over a year now and haven't heard from them, does anyone know if I should contact them or are they presumably delayed as they are with everything else?
