Blue light card voucher

My son ordered Lego with a blue light voucher but has now received an email saying his order was rejected for verification reasons. I went to use the voucher again but the money has been taken. Anyone else had this? If so will they refund it and how do I go about it? Getting nervous as it wasn’t cheap
