[Question] Looking to surprise my bf when he proposes with a watch, help!

Complete watch novice here, hoping to get some help purchasing a watch without getting scammed!

My boyfriend is going to propose to me in the fall and I would like to surprise him after he proposes with a watch he’s been wanting for years. He’s been dreaming of the Max Verstappen limited series Tag Heuer (2018 or 2019). In my hunt on Google, Chrono24 seems to be the most common source for resale watches, otherwise I found a few on eBay or Amazon, but those make me nervous. Any recommendations on if this site is trustworthy and/or are there other places I should look instead? FYI I’m in Canada.
