Can I find someone after they have blocked me on Marketplace? Even just a pfp

Hi, I had a listing up on facebook and this lady agreed to pickup today. I had to work so she was suppose to pick them up from my mailbox. After sending the message that it’s in my mailbox, she blocked me. I can only assume that she was going to take the item without leaving cash. I quickly had a family member remove it for me so all is fine.

However i’d really love to leave her a review (from another account). I know her first name. I vaguely remember her profile picture but I’ve looked and can’t seem to find it on my other account. Is there any way I would be able to see her picture again? Or get her last name? Thanks.
