Colliers Associate Y1 Salary

There is someone I know claiming they on track to make 180-200k in their first year working as an associate at Colliers coming right out of undergrad in Toronto. The individual is working on one of the top producing teams in all of Canada (Industrial) - but is this not a little rich? I know nothing about the pay scale for these kinda jobs... If that's the case - WOW, but I'm super skeptical. You'd make more than investment bankers starting out, biglaw lawyers, etc etc....? Just like that? What is the typical commission given to a junior on a big team like that?
