Even with more than a month straight of loss bonuses on our side, Harkonnen went out of their way to play with their food this week and did a double Sysselraad for funsies.

This level of domination is simply not fun to be on the receiving end of.

The problem is that this happens so regularly that everyone is leaving Atreides. We never win, so we never have the decree bonuses. I could click one button right now and effectively have permanent rotating buffs, like 25% cheaper crafting or access to the best weapons in the game, without lifting a finger. Lots of people have clicked that button, and I don't blame them. Staying Atreides is effectively nothing more than a permanent debuff at this point.

But it quickly becomes a negative feedback loop - people leave Atreides, which makes it harder for Atreides to win, because even with the bonuses, there is simply no one left to do the challenges.

Sure, the bonus eventually stacks insanely high, but for what? You \*might\* finally manage to eke out a win one week, but then you lose the bonus and you're right back to getting stomped for another 6 weeks in a row.

And even that will never happen, because the big Harko guilds have 1500+ melange to burn every Tuesday morning to bribe house reps. They usually get a Sysselraad by lunchtime on Tuesday, before I even know what the challenges are. Even if I had 1500 melange, it would only reveal the tasks to my guild (I am solo), and there's no way for me to help other Atreides in my server. Hell, it's barely even possible to \*contact\* other Atreides in my server.

I don't know what the solution is here, but something needs to change, and quickly. Before all the servers devolve into a one-sided seal clubbing fest like this.

Some ideas:

\- Have the bonuses not immediately reset to zero when you finally manage to win one week. They increase by 20% for every consecutive loss, have them likewise decrease by 20% for every consecutive win.

\- Make house rep bribes reveal the task for your whole faction, not just your guild.

\- Give us inter-sietch, server-wide global and faction chat to help coordinate with each other better.

Very open to hearing other ideas as well. It's a cool idea as an endgame system, and I want to see it work as best as possible.

Also obligatory LET US CLAIM LANDSRAAD REWARDS FROM ONE CENTRAL LOCATION. Keeping a spreadsheet of who I need to talk to and doing the Tour de Arrakis talking to every representative is just... incredibly disrespectful of players' time. Let us claim all rewards from our faction quartermaster, PLEASE.

The Landsraad urgently needs some balancing.
