LR PORYGON2 QND PORYGON-Z FROM GALAR

I'm looking for porygon2 or porygon-z specific from galar to register them in Pokémon home.

I'll trade any Pokémon from sword or shield, no legendaries or shinies

Disclaimer: I don't have online so the trade needs to be from home
