Property Manager is sexist and wont aid in maintenance. They just ghost me. Help.

Hi there. I (19F) have just moved into a flat with my boyfriend (20M) at the start of last month, and since moving in, we have discovered how truly disgusting the property is. There was no professional cleaning done prior to us moving in and there have been several issues to date. The first issue was dead bugs on every. single. windowsill. and there were countless moths flying around us. The second issue that we discovered was the skirting boards were absolutely filthy as if they hadn't been cleaned in years and are now stained yellow. The third issue is that our washing machine was causing our clothes to smell like cigarettes and mould only for us to discover black mould inside of the soap dispenser and a broken filter caused by a bobby pin and a coat hanger hook. The fourth is that when we entered the property we thought nothing of the shower insulation being a bit broken and black (we thought it was just debris) and now we have black mould in our bathtub. The fifth is that they gave us a broken electricity meter, so I haven't been able to send meter readings to my company. I have contacted the property manager many times and the only time he answered was to tell me "I checked over the cleanliness. It was perfectly fine". I was trying to speak with him when he came over to remove some furniture, but he ignored me and started speaking to my boyfriend instead. Every time I would state an issue or a concern, he would walk away from me and speak to my boyfriend who doesn't necessarily know whats going on (he works a lot). I feel bad for emailing all of the time but don't know what else to do.

Am I allowed to request an inspection or professional cleaner? This is my first time renting and I don't know what to do if I'm just being ignored..
