Planning One-Way Trip to Bangalore – Need Advice on Cab Rentals from Hyderabad

I’m planning a one-way trip from Hyderabad to Bangalore with my parents on the 10th of August.

Ola Outstation shows around ₹12K for a sedan (excluding tolls and state taxes). I’m a bit hesitant to book through platforms like Saavari or MakeMyTrip, so I wanted to check, has anyone here used any cab rental service recently for a long-distance trip?

How was your experience? What were the actual charges, and were there any hidden costs to look out for?
