Same account, different platforms?

So I have two friend groups that play on PC and PS5 respectively.

While it’s not the most financially sound idea, is it possible to buy BF6 on the PC and console while still using / progressing the same account? What I’m trying to avoid is having two separate accounts. That would be lame.

Ex: play Monday night on PC and reach rank 5, play Tuesday night on console and pick up from rank 5.
