Is Red Rising in the Ender's Game Universe?

Serious question. I'm an avid Ender stan, have read the series several times so I clocked the influence right away. But this here, tells me the events of Red Rising must be in the bugger universe. The first book (the only one I've read so far) is solely concerned about Mars so they don't talk about other Varelse. I assume at this point either the IFC is a relic of the past or just not an influence. But anyways, I was just wondering what others thought. Also, this reference, would Darrow be thinking Ender or Peter? I think the argument could be made for either. Would love to hear your thoughts.
