Im using the "opposite sex" term to keep it general and not another "how to get laid in my area" post.

Well Im asking this question because the typical 1st world ways don' all apply in Tunisia : friend groups and not usually mixed, dating apps are sketchy, approching people in public is creepy and in some rural/cha3beya areas things are even more complicated which leads to my question:
