Is there an order I do this in?

Just passed my NREMT and getting ready to start working but I have to get some things out of the way and I’m trying my best to figure it out as I go So I live in California looking to work in Orange County So far I’ve made an account with ICEMA I can’t make an application until I have my live scan. Do I get this form at the dmv? And finally having to take a test through dmv to be able to drive an ambulance? Is there a Quizlet I can use to study? Can someone tell me in order how all this is broken down. Am I missing anything? They don’t really tell us all this in school. Thank you.
