Wifi Adapter suddenly vanished for Legion 5 Pro 16ITH6

The internet option just isn’t there anymore, the only thing that works is ethernet

things i’ve already tried and haven’t worked:

-showing hidden devices in device manager and scanning for hardware changes -clicking the “network controller” in other devices and trying to update it with direct install drivers, extract to folder drivers, AND select from existing driver models -network reset -restarting the laptop (many many times) -checking if wireless lan was enabled in bios -all sorts of troubleshoots (can’t find specific issue) -all those commands (ipconfig, sfc, dism etc.)

what can i even do now
