Anyone having black flickering on title screen?

So recently if I let my Minecraft idle on the title screen, it starts to flash black and gets progressively worse as time goes on. It starts as a very faint flashing and just continues to get more distinct.

This also happens in game if I'm sitting idle and only stops/doesn't happen when I'm actively putting input into the game. Also, after it goes on for awhile, after I come back to the game and start moving around or something, I see shadows of either the title screen or what I was looking at in game.

Monitor burn in is the best way I can describe it but theres no actual burn in and it eventually just goes away. Minecraft is the only game this happens with. Ive tried recording it with both a recording software and my phone but neither one can capture the black flashing.

Does anyone else have this issue and how can I fix it?
