Fake Animal lovers and their gundagardi ! Is law and order in this city a joke ?

There is this self-styled saviour of animals called Vijay Rangare, who head PFA's Mumbai unit. PFA is Maneka Gandhi's NGO. He is proudly posting reels of he and his gang members brutally assaulting a young guy on the street. Yes, the young guy had beaten a stray dog with a stick, but ain't there police to take action. How can someone just barge into someone's house, drag him out, assault him on the streets ? And then brazenly post reels of this. Has law and order gone to the dogs in Mumbai ? This shameless Rangare is proudly posting reels of this and his supporters (who claim to be animal lovers) are literally baying for the young's man blood in the comments. If anyone of you has connections with lawyers/police, grateful if you would escalate it to them. We cannot let our city's law and order go to the dogs.
