Which packs should I open?

I've recently reinstalled Arena after four years and now I wanna build a competitive deck to play ranked, but I'm still grasping the standard meta and I'm not sure which sets have the best sets overall. I haven't decided which of the meta decks I'll play yet, but I had lots of fun back in Eldraine 1 by playing Dimir Tempo, so something like that will be fine as well.
