weird lumps under past injection sites

earlier today i did what i think was my 8th shot of E and as i was feeling around and trying to figure out where to inject i realized that underneath some past injection sites theres these like hard mildly painful lumps and it got me worried

does anyone know what these are and should i be worried? will they to away?
