Peace bond on Vulnerable Sector Checks = Non-Conviction Information?

:24px-Flag_of_Ontario:Ontario

Here is the legal definition: “non-conviction information” means, subject to subsection (4), information concerning the fact that an individual was charged with a criminal offence if the charge,

(a) was dismissed, withdrawn or stayed, or

(b) resulted in a stay of proceedings or an acquittal; (“données de non-condamnation”)

So according to this definition, does a peace bond count as non-conviction information, or is it treated as something separate from both conviction and non-conviction?
