Didn't get an email for Beta

I signed up for BF Labs waaaaaaaaay back when it was first launched. Sadly I never got invited for CTE's. Do they send Early Access emails for testers only or signing up before july 31st is enough? I've seen people say they got their emails in other posts but I never got one.
